Cotton Tea Towel “Cotswold” –New from Ulster Weavers for 2021. Aptly named, Cotswold, this design was inspired by the arts and crafts movement. The arts and crafts movement was an international trend in decorative and fine arts that started in the late 19th Century one the most influential of its members was William Morris; Kelmscott Manor, Morris’s Summer home is located in the Cotswolds. Featuring fictional firebirds, swirling flowers and leaves the design is printed in a block print style. The tea towel is framed with an attractive burnt orange and terracotta border and finished with a hanging loop top right.
Machine washable at up to 40 C for the best results let the tea towel dry naturally. It’s best to iron the tea towel whilst damp.
