Home-Landing Terms & Conditions


The terms and conditions apply to all orders purchased from the Home-Landing website. By placing your order with Home-Landing you will be accepting all of our terms and conditions. Please note that the terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering from the website:

Place the items that you wish to purchase into your shopping basket and click on the checkout option. On the secure check out page you fill out your address details with the option of an alternative delivery address. By providing us with your personal details we can contact you via email or phone if there is a problem with the order. Please note your details will not be passed on to anyone not authorised.


Payment / Pricing:

All prices are listed in £’s sterling and include VAT @ 20%.

We will endeavour to keep our prices consistent.

You can securely pay with your credit or debit card or via PayPal – a PayPal account is not required.

For customers from outside the UK please note that the currency is £’s sterling. Your credit or debit card will be deducted in £’s. Your card issuer will convert you £ payment into your local currency.



Delivery Costs:


UK – Free delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. The UK includes, BFPO addresses and Northern Ireland. Special delivery offered up to 2 kg in weight.


Up to – 250 g – Airmail – £2.60

250 g - 350 g - Airmail - £3.50

350 g - 750 g - Airmail International Tracked & Signed - £6.50

750 g - 2 kg - Airmail International Tracked & Signed - £10.00

Up to – 250 g – Airmail - £3.30

250 g - 350 g - Airmail - £6.00

350 g - 750 g - Airmail International Tracked & Signed - £7.50

Delivery Time:


From receipt of your order we will aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, please see the schedule below. If there is any problem with your order / delivery we will contact you as quickly as possible by email or telephone.

UK – Please allow 2 – 4 days for 1st Class Postage

Europe – Please allow 6 – 10 days for Airmail delivery

Overseas – Please allow 7 – 21 days for Airmail delivery




Please note that your goods will arrive in a tough poly bag. All of our goods are stored in a clean and secure environment.




We only deal with quality suppliers and all of the tea towels are checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you should need to return an item please use the Contact Us website facility and quote your order number and the problem. We will then contact you. We will reimburse your return postage costs and send you a replacement tea towel or provide a full refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days. You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the item and receive a full refund. Please note that we will only accept unwanted products for a refund providing that they are returned complete with all packaging and in an un-used and re-sellable condition. Please inform us via the Contact Us facility or e-mail us at info@home-landing.co.uk. Once the goods have been received Home Landing will refund the purchase price. For your own protection we advise you to keep your postage receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days. Please be aware that the return postage / shipping is at your own expense.


Returns Procedure


Please contact us either via the web-site Contact Us or e-mail us on info@home-landing.co.uk

Please supply us with the following information: - Name, Address, Contact details, your Home-Landing order number and the product details / code. Please also let us know the reason for returning the goods.

Item / Items should be returned to the address below and at your own cost.

If returning within the UK please obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ receipt.

If returning from Europe or The Rest of the World please use a traceable form of shipment as Home-Landing can not be responsible if the goods are lost in transit.

Your email address and contact details will only be used for the purposes of the orders placed with Home-Landing and they will not be sold or passed on to any Third Parties. We will only use your e-mail address for our own marketing if you have agreed to keep in contact with Home-Landing. The only time that information could be disclosed is if we are required to do so by law.
