The terms and conditions apply to all orders purchased from the Homelanding web-site. By placing your order with Homelanding you will be accepting all of our terms and conditions. Please note that the terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ordering from the website:
Place the items that you wish to purchase into your shopping basket and click on the checkout option. On the secure check out page you fill out your address details with the option of an alternative delivery address. By providing us with your personal details we can contact you via email or phone if there is a problem with the order. Please note your details will not be passed on to anyone not authorised.
Payment / Pricing:
All prices are listed in £’s sterling and include VAT @ 20%.
We will endeavour to keep our prices consistent.
You can securely pay with your credit or debit card or via PayPal – a PayPal account is not required.
For customers from outside the UK please note that the currency is £’s sterling. Your credit or debit card will be deducted in £’s. Your card issuer will convert you £ payment into your local currency.
Safe and Secure Shopping:
Any personal details you send us will be used exclusively by us and will not be forwarded or sold to a third party. We use merchant services provided by Shopify and PayPal to process transactions. Full details of their security and buyer protection policies can be found on their websites.
UK – Free delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. The UK includes, BFPO addresses and Northern Ireland.
Europe – £2.60 Airmail per tea towel
Rest of the World – £3.40 Airmail per tea towel
From receipt of your order we will aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, please see the schedule below. If there is any problem with your order / delivery we will contact you as quickly as possible by email or telephone.
UK – Please allow 2 – 4 days for 1st Class Postage
Europe – Please allow 6 – 10 days for Airmail delivery
Overseas – Please allow 7 – 21 days for Airmail delivery
Please note that your goods will arrive in a tough poly bag. All of our goods are stored in a clean and secure environment.
We only deal with quality suppliers and all of the tea towels are checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you should need to return an item please use the Contact Us website facility and quote your order number and the problem. If you are not happy contacting us via the e-mail link our full contact details including phone number are listed on the About us page. We will then contact you. We will reimburse your return postage costs send you a replacement tea towel or provide a full refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days.
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the item and receive a full refund. Please note that we will only accept unwanted products for a refund providing that they are returned complete with all packaging and in an un-used and re-sellable condition. Please inform us via the Contact Us facility. Once the goods have been received Home Landing will refund the purchase price. For your own protection we advise you to keep your postage receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days.
Home Landing takes the privacy of each person uses our online shop very seriously, you are our most valuable asset. We will always process your Personal Data in accordance with the law, in particular with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Your email address may be used for our own marketing purposes, emails regarding new products or special offers. Any information held by us will not be sold or passed onto any Third Parties. The only time that information could be disclosed is if we are required to do so by law.
