Linen Tea Towel “Maui - Viola”- “Maui – Violet”. Big, bright beautiful florals decorate this white hemp tea towel. Inspired by the Hawaiian island of the same name, Maui will bring vibrant colour into your kitchen. The tea towel is trimmed with an attractive violet border which compliments the lovely pink, purple and violet hues in this design. This tea towel is made of 100% hemp. Hemp and linen fibres are basically interchangeable, linen is woven from flax fibres and hemp from hemp fibres, both fabrics are very similar. There are a couple of notable differences, printed hemp will not fade as easily in direct sunlight and hemp is reputed to be up to 8 times stronger than linen. The hemp plant is far more sustainable for the soil making it an eco-friendly product.  This hemp tea towel is absorbent and lint free, excellent for drying, polishing glassware and crockery. Washing Instructions: Machine washable at up to 40°C for the best results let the tea towel dry naturally. Tumble dry on a low heat to avoid weakening the linen fibres. It is recommended to wash the tea towel a few times prior to usage as this increases the absorbency.
