Pure Cotton Tea Towel "RHS Peas” - RHS, The Royal Horticultural Society was founded in 1804, gained its Royal charter in 1861 and is the nation’s largest gardening charity with an extensive archive. Produced under license by Ulster Weavers the Peas design cotton tea towel is adapted from the original RHS archive of illustrations. This design is from the “Album Benary 1876”, the album contains 28 colour plates of vegetable varieties by German botanist, gardener, Ernst Benary. As the title describes, 6 images of freshly cut peas in their pods decorate this unbleached cotton tea towel.
Makes a lovely collection with the other two corresponding designs, RHS Pumpkins and RHS Radishes.
Machine washable at up to 40 C for the best results let the tea towel dry naturally. It is best to iron the tea towel whilst damp.
